Zumiez is a national retailer with over 400 stores—and an even broader reach online. As their catalog of brands, products, and content grew, so did the need for a smarter digital structure. Graphiti partnered with the Zumiez team to reimagine their site’s information architecture, organizing content to support both product discovery and cross-channel alignment. We mapped user flows, streamlined navigation, and helped prioritize key content types to improve usability across devices. The result was a more intuitive experience that helps users find what they need—while giving internal teams a flexible, scalable framework to grow with.
