As a global reinsurance and insurance group with multiple operating brands, Munich Re faced a challenge: recruitment messaging developed at headquarters wasn’t resonating with talent in North America. To bridge that gap, Graphiti led a research-driven effort to localize and humanize their talent acquisition strategy. We interviewed employees across the U.S. and Canada—including recent hires—to better understand what prospective candidates value in an employer. Those insights shaped a messaging framework and visual system that speaks to authenticity, opportunity, and personal growth. The result is a flexible campaign that empowers regional teams to engage talent with relevance and clarity—helping every candidate see how they can bring their whole self forward at Munich Re.
