To help patients more easily access care, Swedish Health Services launched the Connect app—a mobile tool for scheduling, messaging, test results, and more. Graphiti developed a multi-touchpoint campaign to drive awareness and downloads among patients across the Swedish network. Centered on clear, friendly messaging and approachable visuals, the campaign appeared in clinics, waiting rooms, elevators, digital screens, and take-home materials. The result was a warm, accessible introduction to the app that supported adoption across age groups and care settings—making the path to care more seamless, right from the start.
