Brand Awareness Campaign

HSB launched the “One More Way” campaign to raise brand awareness and spotlight the services that set the company apart—best-in-class claims handling, risk engineering, and unmatched customer support. Targeted at a mid-funnel audience, the campaign moved beyond “who we are” messaging to focus on how HSB consistently delivers value beyond the policy. Graphiti developed a bold, distinctive visual style and applied it across a campaign landing page, paid social, display, and a supporting video series. Early A/B testing informed iterative refinements, helping the campaign evolve and perform over time. The result: a scalable, brand-forward platform that reinforces HSB’s role as a trusted, service-driven partner.
