We’re seeking a part-time or contract technical administrator to join one of our major account teams to help manage administrative tasks in our project pipelines.


Graphiti will provide necessary training, hardware, and guidance to perform these main responsibilities:

Manage translation workflow for multiple concurrent projects

  • Prepare content documents provided by the client
  • Upload documents into a proprietary translation system
  • Monitor progress of translations
  • Communicate progress and blockers with internal/external teams
  • Download completed translations and add them to an internal task-tracking system
  • QA and light proofreading of project deliverables

Curate/edit content

  • Select content from client-provided data based on both a specific set of criteria as well as though a creative/intuitive lens of selecting the most compelling/well-photographed products
  • Create a final product spreadsheet to be uploaded to an internal task-tracking system

Build HTML emails using a proprietary system

  • Convert Word doc content (paragraphs, links, bulleted lists) into HTML and plain text formats
  • Create new emails using pre-defined templates, image uploads, and HTML/plain text inputs
  • Create proofs for internal/external review by creating screenshots and uploading to an internal task-tracking system

Additional or related tasks as team needs evolve.


  • Strong working knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic working HTML knowledge
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Natural attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Comfortable working with a distributed team using remote tools such as Slack, Teams, or Zoom
  • Proactive team player with a responsive, can-do attitude
  • Satisfactory completion of a background check (we are under NDA)


  • Experience working with task-tracking/ticketing systems (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.)
  • Familiarity with International/UK English and EU languages (French, German, Spanish, etc.)
  • Previous experience working in a creative agency
  • Interest in e-commerce and online shopping experiences
