What you'll do

You will be part of a hybrid cross-functional team and will work on a variety of projects for clients in diverse industries that solve design challenges in all media types and channels.

You’ll use a blend of industry design standards, marketing best practices and your own savvy to define and implement design criteria, apply user-centric design methodologies to deliver ideas based on customer needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You are a team player, skilled in marrying strategic direction with appropriate design results. You have excellent attention to detail, critical thinking skills and a strong working knowledge of design-related web and print applications.

  • Consistently provide solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives
  • Have the ability to lead a project or group of projects with limited input from a director
  • Can balance creative requirements with client business requirements
  • Can visualize and verbalize your ideas to team and client
  • Can assure quality on creative deliverables

We’re excited to meet you because you have:

  • Strong design portfolio with 5+ years design and interactive work experience
  • Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
  • Command of information design, visual hierarchy, page layout, typography
  • Ability to interpret, translate, and extend brand guidelines into creative assets
  • Ability to articulate design intent via sketches, mood boards and mock-ups
  • Fluency with common design software
  • Clear understanding of Sketch and related tools
  • Experience working with developers
  • Experience with video editing or motion graphics
  • Illustration / iconography skills
  • Great presentation skills with the ability to successfully share design concepts
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A genuine, honest, hard-working and friendly approach
