PROJECT MANAGER AND TECH QA

Position: Project Manager and Tech QA
Location: Seattle, WA (remote OK, local preferred)
Status: Contract
Rate: $45. - $55./hour DOE




    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We are approaching a busy time of the year and receiving many new work requests, including detailed data entry work for several clients outside the US. You have excellent attention to detail, critical thinking skills and a strong working knowledge of web-based content management, tracking and project management systems. You are able to be responsible for interpreting client requests correctly, asking smart questions and be the back-stop for accurate QA of work deliverables before they are shared with our clients.


    Contract position:

    • 20-30 hours per week, working PST hours
    • November - January contract length, possibly extended if workload warrants
    • Residents in WA state preferred
    • Compensation: $45. - $55./hour DOE

    • Able to create and maintain project schedules to ensure all tasks and
      activities are assigned and completed on time and within budget
    • Able to accurately and completely review work prior to delivery to
      client - including checking links and managing documents in many
      different languages.
    • Able to establish and maintain clear communication with client on status
      of deliverables, impact on budgets and timelines and conflicts or
      blockers that may affect the outcome of the project
    • Comfortable interfacing directly with clients including via email, Slack, and video
    • Able to partner with fellow account managers to staff, budget time &
      create deadlines for creative team to maintain studio master schedule
    • Able to foster new business development with excellent client working relationships
